Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions define the online sales agreement between Maliyana Inc. and the user, from ordering through to payment and delivery. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.
1. Products
All products listed for sale are subject to availability. Maliyana Inc. provides accurate product descriptions but is not liable for minor errors or omissions.
2. Pricing
Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), excluding applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping fees are at the user's expense unless otherwise specified.
3. Orders
By confirming your order, you accept the prices, product descriptions, and these terms. The order is finalized upon payment validation.
4. Payment
Payments within Canada can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque. International payments accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
5. Payment Security
Payments are secured via SSL encryption. Maliyana Inc. does not store your payment details, which are handled directly through secure platforms.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees apply based on parcel weight and dimensions. Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers resulting in additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. After inspection, returns can be exchanged, credited, or refunded (excluding original shipping costs).
8. Privacy
Personal data collected during transactions are strictly confidential. You have the right to access and rectify your data by contacting us directly.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Maliyana website is protected by copyright and trademarks, exclusively owned by Maliyana Inc.
10. Liability
Maliyana Inc. is not liable for any inconveniences or damages resulting from internet use, external intrusions, or unforeseen events that prevent order fulfillment.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved by Canadian courts.
